Die Arbeit 78/94 (Anarchy Collection) gibt uns einen Einblick in die menschlichen Abgründen des Serienkillers A. R.Tschikatilo, der in der Sowjetunion 12 Jahre lang mordete und 53 Menschen das Leben nahm.
Eine zweite Ebene legt die jahrelangen, erfolglosen Ermittlungen der Miliz offen.
Das Projekt “Anarchy Collection” wurde initiiert und betreut von: Prof. Lars Harmsen.

The project 78/94 (Anarchy Collection) gives us an insight into the human abyss of the serial killer A. R. Tschikatilo, who murdered in the soviet union within 12 years and took the lives of 53 people.
The second part discloses the futility of police investigation lasting for years.
The project “anarchy collection” was initiated and mentored by: Prof. Lars Harmsen.
